1. Who is responsible

The controller is [LEGAL NAME], [LEGAL FORM], [ADDRESS], VAT number [ΑΦΜ] (“Kindora”). For anything about your data: info@kindora.gr.

2. What we collect

If you apply as a professional: contact details, experience, area, your CV and your questionnaire answers.

If you ask for our services: contact details, area, the service you need, how many children you have and their ages (no names or photos), your needs and your questionnaire answers. If we work together, your billing details too.

If you write to us through the contact form: name, email and your message.

Visit statistics, only if you accept them: pages, browser, approximate location and your IP address without its last part.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

To consider your application or request and find the right match, with your consent; to perform our contract; to meet our tax obligations; to answer messages and protect the website from abuse, in our legitimate interest; and for statistics, with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f)).

If you choose to tell us something about a child’s health, such as an allergy, we use it only with your explicit consent and only to inform the professional who will look after them.

You can withdraw your consent at any time. We make no automated decisions about you.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell data or pass it to anyone for advertising.

When we propose a professional to a family, we give the family the details of their application, including the CV.

When we approve a family’s request, we publish a job advert on the website describing their needs, such as the area and the children’s ages, but never their name or contact details. You can ask us not to publish it or to take it down.

We use providers that work on our behalf under contract, for hosting the website, sending email, blocking spam and translating text. Details also go to our accountant, our bank and the authorities where the law requires.

Some providers are in the United States; transfers rely on the GDPR’s safeguards (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses).

5. How long we keep it

Applications and requests, with their questionnaires and CVs, are deleted automatically one year after they were sent or last updated, or sooner if you ask. Contract details and invoices are kept as long as tax law requires. Contact-form messages are deleted when no longer needed and at the latest after [PERIOD]. Statistics become anonymous after 13 months.

6. Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. We store only your choice in the cookie banner, and the statistics work without a cookie and only if you accept them. If you apply, your browser remembers the application for up to 180 days so you do not have to type your details again. Change your choice under “Cookie settings” in the footer.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to info@kindora.gr; we reply within a month.

You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifisias Ave, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).

8. Changes

When something changes, we update this page. In force from [DATE].
