Terms of Use
Last updated: 09/2026
1. Who we are
The website kindora.gr and its services are provided by [LEGAL NAME], [LEGAL FORM], registered at [ADDRESS], VAT number [ΑΦΜ], tax office [ΔΟΥ], companies register (ΓΕΜΗ) [NUMBER], trading as “Kindora”. Licence: [NUMBER AND ISSUING AUTHORITY].
Contact: info@kindora.gr, phone [PHONE].
2. What Kindora does
Kindora searches for, assesses and introduces childcare and household staff to families. It is not the employer of the professionals it introduces. The terms of the work, such as pay, hours and insurance, are agreed directly between the family and the professional.
Information on the website is for information only and is not an offer.
3. Offer and contract
A contract is formed only when you accept our written offer. The offer sets out the service, our fee including VAT, the deposit, the balance, how to pay, the replacement guarantee and the cancellation terms. Nothing is charged that is not in it.
Sending a request or an application through the website does not bind anyone.
4. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer and the contract is made at a distance, you may withdraw within 14 days of accepting the offer, without giving a reason, by writing to info@kindora.gr. We refund what you paid within 14 days.
If you expressly ask us to start the search before that period ends and then withdraw, you owe an amount in proportion to the work already done.
Model statement: “I withdraw from the contract for the service ______, whose offer I accepted on ______. Name, address, date.”
5. Obligations
Families and professionals give true and complete information. Before a placement we check the professional’s references and criminal record, but we cannot guarantee their conduct or the outcome of the arrangement.
6. Use of the website
The website’s content (text, logo, images) belongs to Kindora and may not be reproduced without our permission. We are not responsible for the content of other websites we link to.
7. Liability
We are not liable for the acts or omissions of the family or the professional in their arrangement with each other, or for interruptions to the website. Our liability is not limited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or where the law does not allow it.
8. Personal data
How we use your details is set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Law, disputes and changes
Greek law applies. The courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction; if you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings where you live.
As a consumer you may also turn to the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman (www.synigoroskatanaloti.gr) or another out-of-court dispute resolution body.
We may change these terms; contracts already made keep the terms in force on the day the offer was accepted. In force from [DATE].
